#Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal option

*Amounts can be distributed out of investors capital (equalization reserve), which is part of sale price that represents realized gains. However, investors are requested to note that amount (dividend) distribution under IDCW option is not guaranteed and subject to availability of distributable surplus.

^Pursuant to SEBI circular SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/P/2020/194 dated October 05, 2020, 'Dividend option' under schemes of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund have been renamed to 'Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal option (IDCW)' effective April 01, 2021.

Fund Details

  • Type of Scheme

    An Open ended Low Duration Debt Scheme investing in instruments such that Macaulay duration of portfolio is between 6 months and 12 months.

  • Investment Objective

    The primary objective of the Scheme is to provide income consistent with the prudent risk from a portfolio comprising investment in Debt & Money Market instruments such that the Macaulay duration of the portfolio is between 6 months - 12 months. However,

    Entry Load : Nil ; Exit Load: Nil

  • Systematic Investment Plan (SIP)

    (i) Daily, Weekly, Monthly SIP: Rs. 500/- and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereafter; (ii) Quarterly SIP: Rs. 1500/- and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereafter

  • Systematic Transfer Plan (STP)

    Daily / Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly : Rs. 1000 and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter ; Quarterly: Rs. 1500 and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter

  • Systematic Withdrawal Plan (SWP)

    Weekly withdrawal on 1st or 7th or 15th or 25th of the month, Monthly withdrawal on 1st or 7th or 10th or 15th or 25th or 28th of the month and Quarterly Withdrawal on 1st or 7th or 10th or 15th or 25th or 28th of the first month of a Quarter

  • Redemption

    As per the SEBI (MF) Regulations, the Mutual Fund shall despatch redemption proceeds within 10 Business Days of receiving the valid redemption / repurchase request at any of the Official Points of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT). A penal interest of 15%

Mr. Alok Sahoo has been working in the investment area in the asset management industry for over 21 years. He was designated as Head – Fixed Income with Baroda Asset Management India Limited. In his previous assignment, he was fixed income fund manager at UTI Mutual Fund and at HSBC Mutual Fund. He was also the Fund Manager for Employee Provident Fund at HSBC Asset Management. He has also worked on company credit research.

Vikram has over 11 years of strong fund management experience in the Fixed Income domain. Prior to his current stint he has worked with Peerless Funds Management Co. Ltd where he spent over 3 years playing a key role in the management and execution of mutual fund schemes. He has also previously worked with well-known firms such as Canara Robeco Asset Management and Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Vikram Pamnani has a PGDM in Finance from SIES College of Management Studies, Mumbai.
