Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India Private Limited (“AMC”) (formerly known as BNP Paribas Asset Management India Private Limited), a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, has been appointed as the Investment Manager to the Schemes of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund (“the Mutual Fund”) (formerly known as Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund). Baroda BNP Paribas Trustee India Private Limited (“the Trustee Company”) is the Trustee to the Mutual Fund. Bank of Baroda (“BOB”) and BNP Paribas Asset Management Asia Limited (“BNPPAM”) are the Sponsors of the Mutual Fund. The AMC / the Mutual Fund understands that investor/ clients/ customers (existing or prospective) and website/mobile application visitors (collectively referred to as “Users”) are concerned about the privacy of information. The AMC/ the Mutual Fund has established policies and procedures concerning the collection, privacy notice, choice, consent, data collection, data use, retention & disposal, access to data, disclosure to third parties, security controls for private data, monitoring and enforcement that will help protect their privacy.

This information is collected by the AMC/Service Providers to provide information related to purchase or sale of mutual funds, KYC applications etc.
If a User provides an email address, they may receive periodic messages from the AMC/the Mutual Fund with information on new products, services, or upcoming events. If a User provides a postal address, they may receive periodic mailings with similar information. If a User provides a telephone number, they may receive telephone calls regarding products or services they have inquired about online, as well as information about new products, services, or upcoming events.
Users Data Use, Retention, Storage, Transfer and Disposal:
The AMC/the Mutual Fund will retain the data provided by Users for the duration required by applicable laws and for as long as necessary to provide services to the User, unless the User requests the AMC/the Mutual Fund not to retain their data. Some of the User's personal information may be retaind by the AMC/the Mutual Fund to support legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention and enhancing safety.
The AMC/the Mutual Fund may also store and use the User's personal information as needed to comply with legal obligations, including tax, legal reporting, and auditing requirements. Additionally, some copies of the User's information, such as log records, may continue to exist in the AMC's database but without personal identifiers. Due to the AMC's data retention practices, deleted information may take some time to be removed from active servers and may remain in backup systems for a period.
The AMC employs secure and safe methods for disposing of storage devices and systems when they reach the end of their life or support cycle. This is done to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to sensitive information. Data and information on these devices and systems are appropriately removed before disposal, making the original information unrecoverable.

The AMC/the Mutual Fund may share User's personal information with third parties as part of providing customer services. The AMC implements reasonable security practices and procedures to safeguard Users' Personal Information. These safeguards are appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and align with generally accepted standards of commercial business practice. These security measures encompass technical, operational, managerial, and physical controls, commensurate with the nature of the business, to protect Users' Personal Information from unauthorized access or disclosure while it is under the AMC's/the Mutual Fund's control.
To protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or data destruction, the AMC takes various security measures, including:
• Access control list,
• Conducting internal governance reviews of data collection, storage, and processing practices
• Employing appropriate encryption and physical security measures
• Restricting access to personal information to authorized, trained employees on a ned to know basis.
• Implementing disciplinary actions for employees who violate privacy and confidentiality policies.
All data gathered by the AMC/the Mutual Fund is securely stored within controlled databases, which are stored on servers protected by firewalls and access controls. However, while the AMC's security measures are effective, no security system is entirely impenetrable. If Users suspect or have reason to believe that their account credentials have been compromised or unauthorized account use has occurred, they are encouraged to contact the AMC/the Mutual Fund's customer support promptly.
