Yes, there will be change in AMC code for Baroda MF only. Further, scheme codes of selective schemes of both the AMCs will undergo a change. The details of these changes will be shared as part of the new scheme master.

For merger of schemes, will investor / unit holder be allotted units in the corresponding Transferee Scheme (Surviving Scheme) under the same plan/ option as the Transferor Scheme (Source Scheme)?

BNP Paribas Dynamic Equity Fund: Unit Holders under ‘‘Monthly IDCW‘‘, ‘‘Quarterly IDCW‘‘ & ‘‘Annual IDCW‘‘ option will be allotted units under ‘‘IDCW‘‘ option of Baroda BNP Paribas Dynamic Equity Fund.BNP Paribas Short Term Fund: Unit Holders under ‘‘Daily IDCW‘‘ & ‘‘Weekly IDCW‘‘ Option will be allotted units under ‘‘Monthly IDCW‘‘ Option of Baroda BNP Paribas Short Term Fund.

How can MFD get new scheme master?
The new scheme master will be triggered to your registered email ID as per RTA records 2 days prior to the Effective date. Further, new scheme master is also available under the MFD login provided by KFin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The Effective date of Transaction will be announced separately by way of an addendum / public notice.

I am empaneled with BNP Paribas AMC but not empaneled with Baroda AMC or vice-e-versa. What happens to my empanelment for surviving AMC?
For MFDs: All IFAs who are currently empaneled with BNP Paribas AMC and Baroda MF are deemed to be empaneled for surviving AMC.
For MFDs & RIAs using Channel Partner Platform of RTA: By operation of law, all agreements that have been entered with BNPP AMC and Baroda AMC shall continue and remain in force for in the surviving AMC. Please contact your Relationship Manager if you need any further information.

Would new GST/PAN details remain same or change for raising brokerage service invoice?
Yes, GST/PAN details will change and the new details will be incorporated for the proforma tax invoices which are available on the MFD login section of KFin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for commission paid by merged entity MF.
