How can I become a Distribution Partner with Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund?

Follow the steps below to become a Distributor Partner:

  • If you are not already certified by The Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI), you will need to do so by taking the AMFI test program. For more details on the AMFI program and test, please visit www.amfiindia.com
  • You will then need to fill up the Distribution Partner Empanelment Form online or download from the link below or contact any of the Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund offices to obtain the form.
  • Depending on your type of entity, kindly attach the required documents along with the duly filled Distribution Partner Empanelment Form to your nearest Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund branches.

Along with the Empanelment Form, kindly submit the following:

  • Self-attested copy of the ARN Certificate of the individual and PAN Card.
  • Self-attested copy of the ARN certificate of the company
  • Self-attested copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company
  • List of authorised signatories with their signatures
  • Self-attested copy of the Board Resolution authorizing the company to undertake distribution of mutual fund products.
  • Self-attested copy of the list of Authorised Signatories of the company/ PAN Card
  • A one-time certificate stating that all their employees engaged in distribution of the products of mutual funds have obtained AMFI certification and their photo-identity card
  • Self-attested copy of the ARN certificate of the Partnership Firm
  • Self-attested copy of the Partnership Deed
  • Self-attested copy of the Authorised Signatories List of the partnership firm
  • Self-attested copy of the ARN certificate of the Sole Proprietorship
  • Self –attested copy PAN Card
  • Self-attested copy of the Trust Deed / Letter of Incorporation / formation documents, as applicable
  • Self-attested copy of the ARN certificate of the Society, Co-operative or Trust
  • Self-attested copy of the Authorised Signatories List of the Society, Co-operative or Trust
  • A one-time certificate stating that all their employees engaged in distribution of the products of mutual funds have obtained AMFI certification and have obtained their photo-identity card

On receipt of your completed application form, Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund shall review the same. Subject to your application being accepted by Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund, you shall receive an empanelment form letter along with all the necessary documents and details.

Please note that as part of the regulations governing Distributors, you should be well versed with the SEBI guidelines and AMFI guidelines for intermediaries.
